Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Vault Studios, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth booking experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Booking Deposits
- —A 25% deposit is required to secure your studio booking.
- —The remaining balance is payable on the day of your session.
- —Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- —48 hours or more notice: You may cancel or reschedule your session and receive a full refund of your deposit.
- —24–48 hours notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new booking date, subject to availability.
- —Less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit will be forfeited for late cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- —No-shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
- —Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
- —Late arrivals will not extend your allocated booking time.
- —Additional studio time may be purchased, subject to availability.
Cancellations by Vault Studios
- —If Vault Studios needs to cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

By booking a session at Vault Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
